Our financial plans for our planned adventure park in
Istria. | |

Finance an Adventure
Park.
Of course, to finance a large adventure park with high adrenaline high
ropes courses, rides and tree-houses, climbing frames and adventure walks, cafe
bar and gift shop, requires substantial investment, planning and thought. When we visited the fantastic parks in Wales and Norfolk our greatest consideration and interest lay in whether this would be a viable product in our home district of Istria. Croatia has a population of less than 5 million people, Istria has just over 200,000 inhabitants. Britain has a population of 60 million. We learnt that Britain has at least 100 high rope parks / adventure parks. (Go-Ape currently has 27 high rope parks open!) We learnt that Germany has well over 200 adventure parks with a population of 82 million. Croatia has one simple high ropes course close to Zagreb, one in Umag and one in Poreè. They are not part of a bigger adventure park. There are also other small adventure places in the seaside resorts such as Pula, Split and Dubrovnik. We plan to enclose lots of adventure all in the one place and we hope to offer a full days happiness for the whole family. The figures suggest that Croatia can certainly accommodate more adventures and our experience with customers renting our apartments during the last five years has been that there is scope for more "all day family entertainment." As described on page 2, we have already financed a large portion of the full outlay that we expect the adventure park to cost. The finance we require from now onwards would allow us to progress much faster to our opening day. We actually have land and property for sale which, once sold, would finance a significant proportion of our requirements. However, we know that the market for sales is very slow at the present time. So, our request is this: If you might be interested in financing part of a new adventure park, if you are thinking of investment in a high adrenalin rope park in Istria, Croatia, if you want to see a tourism project progress - We would be interested in hearing from you. |
